Wildcard spots for later Pro League events for bots that could not attend earlier.#286

Due to the greatly unfortunate timing with WPI’s commencement, many WPI robots are unable of making the May Pro League event. With many of us still wanting to compete, would it be possible to allow for prioritized wildcard spots for later pro league events for robots that have otherwise qualified for an earlier event but are unable to make it?

Priority goes to robots that have qualified through the Open event specifically feeding into that Pro Tour. Having already qualified for Pro Tour does carry weight in wildcard decisions, but it doesn’t guarantee a spot.
