Under 24 bots#281

What’s the plan if less than 24 bots can attend in any given weight class? The group stage will be extremely dissapointing with byes, so hopefully there’s a good answer for uneven numbers of bots

The format is designed around groups of four, and we’ll adjust the field size to 20 or 16 as needed based on confirmed participation. Our strong preference is to avoid byes entirely; the group stage format works best when every bot is fighting from the start, and we’ll structure the field to make sure that’s the case.
