Wildcard selection announcement timing#279

When will wildcard selections be announced? For the sake of the builders selected I hppe they have enough time to prepare, and for builders already competing it is nice to be able to prepare configurations for different/unexpected opponents

I understand the need to have wildcards from the entertainment side, but I feel like it’s inequitable to the bots that made it in on merit and those who didn’t.
